The worldwide program allows Recall to incorporate Accutrac's data entry and file management software into their existing ReQuest(SM) solution. ReQuest(SM) is Recall's web-based, document/data management system, used by customers to place orders and track holdings in Recall Information Centers.

Accutrac's data entry solution allows ReQuest(SM) users to deliver document transmittal information to Recall offices in real time. The integrated solution eliminates the need to exchange manual record transmittal sheets between ReQuest(SM) users and Recall Customer C.A.R.E. By incorporating Accutrac's data entry technology, Recall and their customers receive the benefit of a globally standard software for document management which streamlines processes, eliminates dual data entry and reduces overall offsite inventory management costs.
