He has 14 years of experience in the communications and computer industry encompassing data, voice, audio/video and satellite technologies. Thrasher specializes in networking and service integration for large organizations.

Jonathan Sendor, 38, is a former Vice President of Distribution and International Sales for CHI/COR Information Management. At CHI/COR, he was responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding distribution channels and international sales for the network communications product group.

Previously he was Vice President of Network Communications and was responsible for sales, marketing, development and support for the company's network management product line. His communications experience spans 16 years, beginning at AT&T in 1979.

Thrasher graduated in 1982 from Sir Sandford Fleming College in Canada with diplomas in Electrical Engineering and General Arts and Science. Sendor received a BA in 1978 from Trinity College in Connecticut, and an MBA MBA
