Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on SmallCap Market under the symbol ACCUF. The company's stock will continue to be cross-listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE) Canada's largest stock exchange, trading approximately 1,200 company stocks and 33 options. . In November, Accugraph reported record growth for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 1994. Total revenue was $6.5 million, an increase of 75% from the $3.7 million reported for the same period last year. Net income was $1.9 million, compared to $1.1 million reported last year. Net income per Class A share was 11 cents, compared to last year's 9 cents. Revenue for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 1994, was $17.8 million, a 90% increase over the $9.4 million reported for the same period last year. Net income for the nine-month period was $4.0 million, a substantial increase from the $646,000 reported last year. Per share net income for the nine months was 25 cents compared to last year's 6 cents. Accugraph's systems are key elements in network and facility management, telecommunications and infrastructure design. The company's Network Information Software provides fully integrated data and graphical information, documented from the face plate to the central office. The product provides two-way links with the top logical management platforms, HP's OpenView, IBM's NetView/6000, SunConnect's SunNet Manager, and Cabletron's SPECTRUM 3.0, as well as trouble-ticketing systems like Remedy Corp.'s ARS and LEGENT's Paradigm.
