Temporary Change To Symbol.NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 6, 1999-- Accufacts Pre-Employment Screening, Inc announced today that its symbol was temporarily changed to APESE because of lack of confirmation of receipt by the SEC of Form 3 for each Officer and Director (The Form 3, is a filing which detail shares beneficially held or owned by Officers & Directors). The forms have been completed and Accufacts' has instructed its counsel Gary Gary, city (1990 pop. 116,646), Lake co., NW Ind., a port of entry on Lake Michigan; inc. 1909. Gary was founded by the U.S. Steel Corporation, which purchased the land in 1905 and landscaped it for a city. Schonwald of Frankfurt, Garbus, Klein Klein , Melanie 1882-1960. Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on as to why the symbol was changed. On May 7, 1999 Accufacts filed its form 10 along with two (2) years of audited financial statements with the SEC to become a fully reporting company. Sixty days thereafter Form 10 became effective and Accufacts was deemed a fully reporting company. Accufacts expects its symbol to revert reĀ·vert v. 1. To return to a former condition, practice, subject, or belief. 2.
