To further ensure voter confidence, AccuPoll has developed new options for its voting system that can now operate in one of two modes: AccuPoll "standard mode" (PoV not scanned), or "SureCount" mode (PoV scanned). In SureCount mode, only the PoV that has been scanned will be counted in the election tally. In the new mode, if a voter leaves the polling place with a PoV, then the corresponding electronic ballot is not cast and is not counted.
