Accu-Time Systems, Inc. and Bioscrypt Announce License Agreement.


ELLINGTON, Conn. -- Accu-Time Systems (ATS), a leader in Time and Data Collection devices, and Bioscrypt, a leading provider of identity verification technology, announce an agreement under which Bioscrypt will license Intellectual Property from ATS.

Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Bioscrypt stated, "The addition of this intellectual property to our broad biometric patent portfolio extends our ability to provide offerings that address the demands of the biometric physical access market."

Peter DiMaria, CEO of ATS states, "We have been using Bioscrypt components in our own products for years. As our business partnership developed, we thought that Bioscrypt would have interest in some complementary technology that we have developed. As such, we are pleased to support Bioscrypt as they expand their product offering."

The terms of the license remain undisclosed, however it frees the two companies to further develop their respective products and markets. The technology further broadens the scope and choices available in the biometric industry.
