Accu-Search announces expansion.

Accu-Search, Inc., a provider of online property data for the real estate industry, has expanded its employee base from 40 to 120 over the past 18 months. In addition, the company has grown to five facilities within New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

The astounding growth is attributed mainly to the high demand in the marketplace for property data in a faster, more easily accessible method. Due to the demand, revenues have doubled within a year. According to Phil Davis, president and CEO of Accu-Search, lenders, attorneys and real estate agents want to close property deals or give preliminary approval within a 48-hour period.

Some of Accu-Search's most recent hires include: Glenn Kirsinger, director of sales and marketing (NJ and Pa.); Gavin Duffy, MIS director; and Kimberly Forte, NJ Tax Division staff. The two original 1991 employees, Laurel S. Rogus and Gena Musarra, are still with the company. Rogus now serves as vice president of operations and Musarra is a sales executive.

Accu-Search has expanded its facilities from 5,000 to a total of 20,000 square feet, to accommodate the new hires. Currently, the company has two New Jersey-based facilities, in Keyport and Tinton Falls, and locations in Pennsylvania include Stroudsburg, Springfield and Philadelphia.
