Sean Brady, Ed Duenas and Matt Seltzer of Cushman & Wakefield in East Rutherford Rutherford (rŭth`ərfərd), borough (1990 pop. 17,790), Bergen co., NE N.J., a residential suburb of the New York City–N New Jersey metropolitan area; inc. 1881. David Politziner and Jack Nahama of Amper, Politziner & Mattia managed the project and worked closely with the Cushman & Wakefield team in negotiating the lease and expansion.

Headquartered in Edison, N.J., and with locations throughout the New Jersey/New York area, the rapidly growing firm has been representing organizations in both the public and private sectors since 1965. It is a member of the AICPA's Major Firms Group.
