The accounting firm was represented in the transaction by Norman Baker, managing principal at Newmark Knight Frank. Weiser's original lease of 10,500 square feet at the building had seven years remaining, but the firm needed more space as a result of its merger with Lipman Selznick & Witkowski PA (LSW LSW Licensed Social Worker LSW Lincoln Southwest (Nebraska high school) LSW Light Support Weapon LSW Least Significant Word LSW Last Seen Wearing LSW Long Suffering Wife LSW Laboratory Safety Workshop ) in September 2005. The new lease takes up the entire third floor of the 14-story building. "The lease transaction surpassed everyone's expectations," Baker said.
