Geller & Company signed a 10-year renewal for multiple floors at 800 Third Ave., located between 49th and 50th Streets. The firm will continue to operate its corporate headquarters there, occupying the entire 18th through 20th, 24th, 25th and 38th floors, in addition to portions of the 23rd, 26th and 37th floors.
