Royal Liver Building The Royal Liver Building (prounced [ˈlaɪvə]) is one of the city of Liverpool's most recognisable landmarks. It stands at 90 metres (295 feet) and has 13 floors. .

The company moved onto the building's first floor in 1995, but has now moved up three floors to give it room to expand.

Office managing partner Neil Sturmey said the company was pleased to stay on the waterfront, rather than moving into Liverpool's growing commercial district.

He said: "We believe it makes perfect commercial sense for us to continue to be associated with the Royal Liver Building, one of the most recognisable symbols of Liverpool's success."
