Accountancy Board of Ohio disciplinary actions.The latest disciplinary actions taken by the Accountancy Board of Ohio (ABO ABO See: Accumulated Benefit Obligation ) at the April 17 and May 29 meetings are now available on the Accountancy Board of Ohio's Web site at www.acc.ohio.gov/dhearing.html. The actions taken by the ABO are a direct result of formal hearings conducted under Chapter 119 of the Ohio Revised Code The Ohio Revised Code contains all acts passed by the Ohio General Assembly and signed by the governor. For violations of the accountancy law, the ABO may hold a hearing and take disciplinary action against the CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism.
