Rosenfeld arrives from Intuit, Inc., where he led the team that most recently pioneered and launched the next generation of online banking for small businesses and consumers, called FinanceWorks. Prior to Intuit, Rosenfeld spent six years at American Express, where he helped launch the company's first Gift Card program and an online line of credit for the Small Businesses Services division.

Prior to that, Williams ran a software and consulting company for 8 years, and counted France Telecom, Orange, Pacific Bell and Bell Atlantic among his clients.
