AccounTEC Changes Name to Accretive Solutions, Inc.

Accretive Solutions, Inc., was founded in February of 1999 by Joseph V. Amella and Chicago-based, equity firm, GTCR GTCR Glacier Travel and Crevasse Rescue  Golder Rauner. The company focuses on the acquisition, integration and internal growth of firms nationwide that provide accounting and information technology services.
