AccounTEC Acquires Detroit-Based Dickson Associates.

AccounTEC Inc. announces the acquisition of Dickson Associates, a leading Midwest regional provider of accounting and information technology personnel. Headquartered in Troy, Michigan, Dickson provides temporary personnel recruiting services and project staffing through its metropolitan Detroit and Chicago offices. AccounTEC is a partnership of President and Chief Executive Officer Joseph V. Amella and Chicago-based equity firm GTCR Golder Rauner and provides accounting, finance, and information technology professionals on a temporary, full-time, project and consulting basis.
