Accoona Corp. Names Chairman and President.

JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- Accoona Corp. announced today it has named Valentine J. Zammit as its President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Accoona Corp. also announced the appointment of Ron K. Glover as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Zammit currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for 24/7 Real Media and as Chairman of its Audit Committee. Mr. Zammit has been a management consultant to a number of companies since 2001, and served as Chief Financial Officer and then as President and Chief Executive Officer of True North Diversified Companies from 1998 to 2001. From 1988 to 1998, Mr. Zammit was Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of Bozell, Jacobs, Kenyon & Eckhardt, Inc. He also previously held positions at Young & Rubicam and Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Glover has led companies in the consumer financial services and business information sectors in North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Latin America. He has successfully launched many new services and new products. During the twenty years Mr. Glover was with Travel Related Services of American Express Company, he served as the senior international regional executive, while living in Mexico, Sydney, Singapore, London and Tokyo. Positions he held in the US included President and Chief Executive Officer of the Travelers Cheque Group and Executive Vice President, Worldwide Marketing and Strategic Planning. Mr. Glover served for four years as the President of Dun & Bradstreet Information Services, and two years as President and Chief Operating Officer of American Banknote Company. Mr. Glover is presently Managing Director of Information Investors Group, LLC, a management consulting company which he co-founded in 1997.
