Acclaimed international artist takes helm at FACT; Grandfather and mother lived in city.Byline: BY MIKE CHAPPLE Daily Post Staff LIVERPOOL'S ground-breaking FACT has appointed a new director after the shock departure of Gill Henderson last September. He is the acclaimed international artist Mike Stubbs, currently Head of Exhibitions at the Australian Centre for Moving Image (ACMI ACMI Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance (wet lease) ACMI Art & Creative Materials Institute ACMI Air Combat Maneuvering Instrumentation ACMI American College of Medical Informatics ACMI Australian Center for the Moving Image ).
