Appleton Estate Reserve Cocktails

Classic Daiquiri

2 oz. Appleton Estate Reserve

1/2 oz. Lime juice

1/2 oz. Sugar syrup

Combine ingredients and shake vigorously with crushed ice, strain with a fine strainer into a martini glass, thus removing fine fragments of lime and ice.

Mai Tai

2 oz. Appleton Estate Reserve

1 oz. Freshly squeezed lime juice

1/2 oz. Orange curacao

1/2 oz. Orgeat (almond) syrup

1/2 oz. Sugar syrup

Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with lime wedge and fresh mint.

Fleming's Paradise

1 1/2 oz. Appleton Estate Reserve

1/2 oz. Peach schnapps 

2 oz. Mango nectar

1/2 oz. Clear syrup

Juice of 1/2 lime

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and mix well. Serve in a martini glass and garnish with a slice of peach.
