He will oversee production at Acclaim's six studios worldwide, as well as external game production. Mr. Bilger will report to Acclaim Co-Chairmen Greg Fischbach and James Scoroposki.

Prior to joining Acclaim, Mr. Bilger was Senior Vice President, Product Development and Support at Hyperion Solutions Hyperion Solutions Corporation is a business performance management software company, located in Santa Clara, California, USA. Many of its products are targeted at the Business Intelligence and Business performance management market.  Corporation, where he oversaw development of nearly two dozen products, including several category-leading products. He managed over 600 professionals at 4 development locations, and was responsible for successfully integrating the latest software and internet-based technologies. Earlier, Mr. Bilger was at IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries) , where he began his career as a systems engineer and held a number of positions of increasing responsibility during his 15-year tenure at IBM. His most recent position was Director, Software Development, Emerging Markets, where he initiated and directed IBM's global development of Java software components, and worked with core architecture and design teams in Eastern Europe Eastern Europe

Acclaim owns six studios in the United States and United Kingdom, which generated over 80 percent of the Company's gross revenues last fiscal year.
