Accipiter Solutions, Inc. - the leading developer of online advertising solutions and services - today announced that the volume of online ads served using their suite of ad management products increased more than 30% in 2003, significantly outpacing overall industry growth. During this time, more than 515 billion ads were served worldwide using Accipiter's technology.
