Accident tragedy boy named.THE heartbroken mum of a young Midland boy tragically killed in a road accident today paid tribute to her "beautiful" boy. Thomas Knight, aged 11, of Littleton Way, Burntwood, died when he was hit by a white van and then a car as he crossed Stables Way, Chase Terrace Chase Terrace is an area in the town of Burntwood in Staffordshire. Chase Terrace began as a mining village in the 1860's with mines at the south side of Cannock Road. By 1884 Chase Terrace had gained a population of nearly 2,000. , Burntwood, at around 1.45pm on Monday. Despite efforts by paramedics and doctors, Thomas, a pupil at Fulfen Primary School, in Burntwood, was dead by the time he arrived at hospital.
