) announces that the Company has successfully completed development of the new product called "EyeQ" which integrates with the Qualcomm system. As mentioned in the last 10Q report, in July of 2002, the Company entered into a minor development agreement with Qualcomm to interface the App unit with the existing Qualcomm unit. The development has been completed and tested with positive results.

Accident Prevention Plus, Inc. has developed and designed new hardware and software to interface with the Qualcomm "OmniTRACS" and "OmniExpress systems. Now that the system has been fully tested successfully. The Company has begun the process of selling/installing the units in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  and Canada and expects the customers' reviews of the products' dynamics and capabilities to be positive. The Company has been working on this project for the past nine months.
