Accesspoint to Bring Value-Added Services to Merchants Point-of-Sale.

Accesspoint Corp. (OTCBB:ASAP) a leading provider of Internet-based financial transaction processing systems, announced that it has selected the multi-function epic (ePOS-infocommerce(TM)) and ICE card payment terminal line from Hypercom Corp. (NYSE:HYC) for integration with Accesspoint's transaction processing and e-commerce suite of services.

The purchase of Hypercom's ePOS-infocommerce(TM) suite of software will allow Accesspoint to add support for electronic signature and receipt capture, customized sales receipts with logos and automated coupons, promotional messages, and on-screen payment terminal advertising for merchants using Hypercom's ICE(TM) touch-screen based card payment terminals.

The Company has also purchased Hypercom's Visual HDT (VHDT) C++ based developers software and has begun the development of next generation functional applications for merchant's payment processing terminals.

Adding to the Company's popular ISO Advantage(TM) system, the addition of these services will provide Accesspoint's sales channel with a compelling way to differentiate themselves in the competitive payment-processing marketplace.

This terminal management capability will allow Accesspoint merchants to integrate their point of sale business practices with Internet storefronts provided by Accesspoint. Merchants will be able to receive orders from on-line stores at their retail location with just a terminal, as well as be able to receive other services such as e-mail messages directly on their terminal. Moreover, these applications will sync up with a merchant's website enabling full integration between a merchant's on and off line sales activities.
