Play is a critical part of early childhood learning. Children with special needs, however, sometimes require special adaptations to toys so they too can engage in and learn from play. With a bit of creative thinking and a some skill, simple adaptations can be made at home. We asked our readers to send us their suggestions and recommendations for toys, adaptations to toys, and play time ideas that worked for their kids. And they answered our call!
