The joint solutions combine AccessPt. healthcare knowledge management applications with Xybernaut Mobile Assistant(R) V (MA(R) V) and Atigo(R) wearable computers.

The agreement will allow both companies to collaborate in developing business with a common group of target customers, including preparing joint marketing plans, programs, documentation, publicity promotions and sales efforts.
