AccessNFS Solutions CD Bundled; Hewlett-Packard to Market Intergraph NFS Software Worldwide.

) and Hewlett-Packard Company have announced a joint marketing and distribution agreement to include ISS's AccessNFS Solutions CD with HP's new Vectra XW Graphics PC Workstations.

By installing the CD, HP customers will be able to evaluate Intergraph's award-winning line of interoperability products, AccessNFS Solutions, featuring DiskAccess(TM), the first NFS (Network File System) The file sharing protocol in a Unix network. This de facto Unix standard, which is widely known as a "distributed file system," was developed by Sun. See file sharing protocol and WebNFS.

We therefore want to make them available to customers of our Vectra XW Graphics PC Workstation."

Under the agreement, HP customers responding to the invitation will be able to load the software and have 30 days to evaluate it. Customers wishing to purchase the product may do so directly from Intergraph.
