AccessLine Launches Service Trainer System; The Service Trainer Component of AccessLine's SmartProvisioning System Improves the Customer Service Transition Experience.

) services, today announced the launch of Service Trainer, an element of AccessLine's SmartProvisioning 2.0 system. By automating the delivery of "just in time" training materials tailored to meet the needs of each user, AccessLine has solved one of the most complex aspects of introducing a business customer to VoIP service.

Unlike a consumer with a single profile, a business VoIP customer has many more user types, each associated with a unique combination of enhanced phone features. This variety of service options mapped to dozens or hundreds of employees per customer yields thousands of possible combinations. With Service Trainer, users automatically receive customized training materials directly related to their service profile as they begin service so they don't have to wade through the standard manual loaded with irrelevant information. In addition, the customer's record is automatically updated, so that with a simple query, any group supporting the customer -- customer care, agents, account management, or engineering -- can easily review the status of a business customer's training rollout.

In addition to automating and streamlining customer training, Service Trainer provides real-time 1. real-time - Describes an application which requires a program to respond to stimuli within some small upper limit of response time (typically milli- or microseconds). Process control at a chemical plant is the classic example.  provisioning status reports, allowing instant visibility into the channels experiencing the greatest customer growth on a day-by-day, even hour-by-hour basis. This contributes to the overall goal of AccessLine's next generation SmartProvisioning 2.0 system, which is dedicated to the rapid deployment of SmartVoice Service -- the company's hosted VoIP service that delivers the benefits of advanced business telephone service at a fraction of the cost of traditional service.

"AccessLine developed SmartProvisioning 2.0 because the company recognizes that completing a call and delivering a variety of enhanced features are not sufficient to meet the needs of business customers," said Doug Johnson The name Doug Johnson may refer to the following people:

, white-label branding, customer support and partner support. These are areas where AccessLine is developing a significant competitive advantage For example, Service Trainer allows us to save hours by automating customer training, while the real-time view into each stage of the provisioning process insures a much more rapid response time, should any problem develop. It's just another reason why AccessLine is one of the leading vendors in the VoIP SMB (1) (Small to Medium-sized Business) Also called "SME" (small to medium-sized enterprise), it refers to companies that are larger than the small office/home office (SOHO), but not huge.  (small and medium business) marketplace."

Because Service Trainer has been designed and developed by AccessLine, it does not depend on coordinating third party vendor development cycles. As a result, Service Trainer (and the SmartProvisioning System of which it is a component) is able to deliver superior interoperability The capability of two or more hardware devices or two or more software routines to work harmoniously together. For example, in an Ethernet network, display adapters, hubs, switches and routers from different vendors must conform to the Ethernet standard and interoperate with each other.  at greater speed. It is the second of several planned components of SmartProvisioning 2.0 that supports AccessLine's channel partners, agents and direct sales force, making their jobs easier, more reliable and faster.
