BELLEVUE, Wash. -- AccessLine Debuts Service Builder as a Component of its SmartProvisioning System to Simplify VoIP Ordering for Channel Partners

AccessLine Communications, a leading provider of hosted VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services, today announced the launch of Service Builder, an element of AccessLine's SmartProvisioning 2.0 system. Service Builder automates the creation of VoIP customer provisioning profiles, reducing order provisioning from two hours to 10 minutes. AccessLine's next-generation SmartProvisioning 2.0 system is dedicated to the rapid deployment of SmartVoice Service -- the company's hosted VoIP service that delivers the benefits of advanced business telephone service at a fraction of the cost of traditional service. Service Builder is the first of several planned components of SmartProvisioning 2.0 that supports AccessLine's channel partners, agents, and direct sales force, making their jobs easier, more reliable, and faster.

AccessLine's Service Builder includes simplified user interfaces that allow an agent or sales representative to easily collect key information from a customer on how many phone lines they want, how they want the calls to be managed, and how various business features of the SmartVoice Service should interact. This information is then automatically populated throughout the various operations systems supporting the service, including the provisioning system, the VoIP network and related hardware, the customer care systems, and the billing systems. Because Service Builder has been developed by AccessLine, it does not depend on coordinating third-party vendor development cycles. As a result, Service Builder (and the SmartProvisioning System of which it is a component) is able to deliver superior interoperability at greater speed.
