ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- AccessKey IP, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: AKYI) announced that the company's equity securities will begin trading today under a new trading symbol Trading symbol

The new symbol, AKYI.PK, and CUSIP number, 00433R 107, come pursuant to the recent announcement that the company would change its name from Advanced Technetix, Inc. to AccessKey IP, Inc. to avoid a potential trademark dispute with a United Kingdom Corporation, The Technetix Group. The Company's new name, AccessKey IP, references the company's trademarked and patented AccessKey[TM] technology that run its line of digital IP Set-top boxes.
