Access to Japanese Clean Technologies Made Easy- Leading Edge CleanTech Innovations Showcase in Boston, MA.

Go Clean & Green with the Premier Japanese Universities Unveiling Untapped Alternative Energy Technologies.

PHILADELPHIA -- Japan Technology Group will present a free half-day event showcasing CleanTech innovations from Japanese universities and research institutions on September 11, 2009, at the Westin Waterfront Hotel (425 Summer Street, Boston, MA). Registration will begin at 8:30 AM.

The showcase offers unparalleled opportunities for industry leaders, investors and experts in the field of sustainable energy
This article is about a concept related to renewable energy, of which sustainable energy is a superset.

Sustainable energy sources are energy sources which are not expected to be depleted in a timeframe relevant to the human race, and which
to gather in one place and learn about current trends and technological breakthroughs arising from Japan. This is also a great event for companies interested in the future of clean technologies, and for those who wish to implement them to improve corporate sustainability and environmental responsibility.

The technologies showcased are a Hydrogen Energy System using Nitride nitride

Any of a class of chemical compounds in which nitrogen is combined with an element of similar or lower electronegativity, such as boron, silicon, and most metals. Some examples of nitrides include boron nitride, calcium nitride, aluminum nitride, and cyanogen.
Photocatalyst, Direct Thermal-to-electric Power Generator Development using Environmentally-benign Semiconducting Material, and Development of Si-free Thin Film Solar Cells solar cell, semiconductor devised to convert light to electric current. It is a specially constructed diode, usually made of silicon crystal. When light strikes the exposed active surface, it knocks electrons loose from their sites in the crystal. .

Registration is free, and the seminar will end with a luncheon and a networking opportunity. Seating is limited so register early. Tokyo University of Science Faculties and Graduate Schools
