) announced today that it priced a public offering of 2,758,216 shares of its common stock at $32 per share.

Of the shares of common stock being offered, 1,000,000 shares were sold by Access Health and the remaining shares were sold by existing venture capital stockholders. The selling venture capital stockholders also granted the underwriters options to purchase up to an additional 413,732 shares to cover over-allotments. Management did not sell any shares in the offering. The company will use its net proceeds Net Proceeds
