The service is an expansion of its previously announced Re-Mart Website.

Thomas V. Walker, president and chief executive officer stated, "Our original Website concept has expanded to the point where we are integrating a full service real estate auction site along with ancillary services to provide low cost real estate services to the public."

We will provide brokerage services for a 1% premium from both buyer and seller and expect additional revenues from the sale of ancillary services. We intend to establish physical office locations in all major markets nationally.

We expect the pilot program in California to provide a base for national expansion to be completed by year-end 2000.
