Under the terms of the agreement, Access Beverage is expected to secure joint ownership of all brands, worldwide trademarks, intellectual properties, import/distribution rights, and profits of the operation including delivery of other products produced by the Simply Vodka BVBA. In an interview with Money TV, broadcast from the AP studios in Brussels, Mr. Moeller outlined key details of the pending acquisition and gave an historical background of Access Beverage brands, and how it achieved distribution of its Le Snoot[TM] line of wines, in over two thousand retail outlets in thirty states in the USA in its first year. Mr. Moeller stated, "My trip to Brussels was extremely productive. I believe that the terms we negotiated were very reasonable, considering we plan to acquire such a high quality, super premium positioned, and profitable vodka line that continues to experience substantial growth in the European marketplace." The Money TV interview can be accessed directly from the Access Beverage website at: www.moneytv.com.

Mr. Moeller added, "The acquisition of a 'super premium' vodka brand such as Diamond Wodka is significant, particularly considering that the super premium vodka category accounts for $1.3 billion per year in sales in the US alone. We are confident in our ability to gain market share in this sector, as the Access Beverage team has a successful track record in bringing new beverage lines to market."
