Acceris Communications Partners To Enter Market For Local Services.

Acceris Communications Partners announced today that it intends to offer local communications products to its residential and small business customers in the fourth quarter of 2003. The service will be provided under the terms of the Unbundled Network Element Unbundled Network Elements (UNE) are a requirement mandated by the United States Telecommunications Act of 1996.
