Acceris Communications Inc. (OTCBB:ACRS), formerly I-Link Incorporated, officially entered the telecommunications industry at its Annual Meeting, November 26. At the Meeting, shareholders approved its new name and a 1-for-20 reverse stock split. This past weekend, Acceris launched a new website and yesterday it began trading under its new symbol, ACRS, on a post-split basis. The Company's shares will be trading temporarily under the symbol ACRSV until its new share certificates have been printed.
