National Business Parks, the manager of College Park at Princeton Forrestal Center, announced the signing of several new leases at the 11-building complex on Route 1.

The leases were announced by Vincent Marano, chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

 of National Business Parks, who said that the transactions involved firms new to College Park, as well as renewals and expansions.

"Once again, these leases illustrate the appeal of Princeton in general and of College Park in particular to the high tech research and development community," he said. "Princeton is unique and its address affords international prestige. These companies, which trade on a global scale, also require state-of the art facilities and meticulously maintained buildings and grounds for their workplace. For these reasons, many have become College Park tenants who are likely to renew their leases and expand their space within the campus, as required."

Wampole Laboratories, a division of Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc., has leased 16,000 s/f of space at 2 Research Way in a long-term transaction. Formerly a division of Carter Wallace, Wampole is a provider of diagnostic tests for a broad range of infectious diseases infectious diseases: see communicable diseases.  and markets products to both laboratories and point-of-care markets.

Princeton Consultants, a longtime College Park tenant, has renewed a lease for 13,000 s/f of space at 2 Research Way. The firm is an information and management consultant organization, providing business strategy, process engineering, software development and project management. Princeton Consultants clients include Prudential Financial, CSX CSX Chessie Seaboard Multiplier (railroad transportation company)
