Accenture Names Six Outside Directors to Its Board.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 25, 2001

Accenture today announced the appointments of six outside executives to the company's board of directors, effective October 18.

The new board members, representing a cross-section of industries, experience and geographies, are: Steve Ballmer, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
