) has filed an amended registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to relating to relate prepconcernant

 the proposed Primary and Secondary public offering of approximately 98.5 million of its Class A common shares.

Accenture will offer approximately 62.4 million newly issued shares, and certain partners and former partners of Accenture will offer approximately 36.1 million shares.

Accenture intends to use the proceeds from the sale of shares in the primary offering to redeem partner shares following the offering. Accenture does not intend to retain any proceeds raised through the primary offering, and the primary offering is not intended to increase the number of fully diluted shares outstanding.
