Accenture Confirms Business Outlook for Third Quarter and Full Fiscal Year 2004.

) today said that preliminary information available to management for March, the first month of its third fiscal quarter, reinforces the trend of increasing demand for Accenture's services, providing further support for the third-quarter and fiscal-year 2004 guidance that Accenture provided on March 30.

For the third quarter of fiscal 2004, Accenture continues to expect revenues before reimbursements ("net revenues") to be in the range of $3.40 billion to $3.55 billion and diluted earnings per share diluted earnings per share
