Accenture was awarded a contract encompassing a multi-year base period and eight option periods to deliver a new integrated debt collection system to DOJ and all of its component organizations, including the U.S. Attorneys Offices and the department's tax and litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right. By consolidating multiple legacy collection systems into a single integrated system, Accenture will enable the Justice Department - the U.S. federal government's collector of last resort - to improve communications and reporting, provide better financial controls, and enhance data integrity.

U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)

DHS awarded Accenture a five-year, multiple award, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract for two of five functional categories for its Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) program. EAGLE will serve as the DHS department-wide vehicle for acquiring information technology services over the next five years. Functional Category 4 - Software Development includes, but is not limited to, the full range of software design, development, systems integration, implementation and integration. Functional Category 5 - Management Support Services includes, but is not limited to, enterprise architecture planning, enterprise resource management, business process reengineering See reengineering. , IT transformation and strategy, organizational change leadership, training, security, and program management office support.
