The customer installations of the new, enhanced, wide-head system, which was introduced in the second quarter of 1998, increased by 11 to 13 as of Sept. 30, 1998, the company said. Charles E. Buchheit, president and chief executive officer, said the installations took place in five countries and were installed in the company's key target industries, finance, banking, retail and utilities.
