Under the arrangement, Solunet will provide nationwide distribution and full-service integration for Accelerated's complete line of integrated access devices (IADs), central office concentrators and voice gateways. Service providers seeking to offer bundled voice, high-speed Internet See broadband.  and other data services will reap the benefits of having highly experienced distribution, integration and support resources available from a single source.

Solunet will assist service providers in the deployment of Accelerated's equipment in regional points of presence (POPs), central office collocations, customer premises and multi-tenant units (MTUs).

SoluTel, a newly created division of Solunet that focuses on new market telephony technologies, will be the first Solunet division to offer Accelerated Networks' products to its customers. In addition to product distribution and installation, Solunet also provides full life cycle service and support for its customers.
