Accelerated Networks today announced that it has selected Lucent Technologies NetworkCare to immediately provide comprehensive onsite customer support and network installation services as part of its AcceleratedStart(tm) professional services (job) professional services - A department of a supplier providing consultancy and programming manpower for the supplier's products.  for its carrier customers.

Accelerated will continue to provide the first line of support for its customers and will now leverage NetworkCare's extensive worldwide reach by dispatching onsite field service engineers to work with Accelerated's customer support team.

In addition to onsite rapid response support around the clock, Lucent Technologies NetworkCare provides Accelerated's customers with network installation and technical assistance in the field. Onsite rapid response can be supported within two hours or by the next business day, depending on the geographical location and service agreement.
