The Company has named H. Michael Hogan Michael Hogan is the name of:
  • Michael Hogan (Photographer) (born 1965), Australian portrait and fine art photographer.

  • Michael Hogan (politician) (1872-1943), a Canadian politician in Alberta.
 as vice president and chief financial officer, replacing Fred Boyer, who has resigned to pursue other opportunities. Hogan is a principal with Regent Pacific Management Corporation and has more than 15 years of experience advising companies in telecommunications, technology and manufacturing. Hogan has held several senior financial and management positions, most recently chief financial officer of 3D Systems, Inc. in Valencia, Calif. Hogan holds a Bachelor's degree from Colgate University Colgate University

In addition, the Company has appointed Benjamin DiLello to the newly created position of vice president of worldwide sales and marketing. DiLello is also a principal with Regent Pacific and has more than 20 years of experience selling enterprise solutions to Fortune 500 companies. DiLello has held several senior sales and marketing management positions.

DiLello will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the sales and marketing organizations, whereby he will evaluate the sales organization, better align sales and marketing capabilities, and determine key markets and products as well as methods for addressing those markets.
