Accelent Systems Inc., a leading enabler of embedded devices and Gold-level member of Microsoft Corporation's Windows Embedded Partner Program, announces a distribution agreement today with EPI. Through this agreement, EPI will sell Accelent Systems' IDP - Integrated Development Platform, based on the Intel XScale PXA250 applications processor, as the hardware platform for EPI's new vertical applications toolkit.

"The benefit of this collaborative relationship is bundling a development platform and tools, including the Hardware Assisted Debug To correct a problem in hardware or software.
