SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 13, 1995--AccelGraphics Inc. today announced that it has entered into more than 22 dealer and strategic OEM agreements within the past 30 days, confirming that the PC 3D graphics market is poised for rapid growth.

AccelGraphics' indirect sales strategy is focused on recruiting Autodesk, Bentley Systems and Parametric Technology Corp. dealers and resellers to provide the AG300, a workstation-class, three-dimensional graphics accelerator for the PC platform.

AccelGraphics recently signed Applied Software Technology Inc., one of the largest AutoCAD dealers in the country and a member of Autodesk's Group Ten dealer network; Rand Corp., the world's largest Parametric Technology Corp. dealer; Midrange Computer Solutions, a large Parametric Technology Corp. dealer; ImAtrex Corp. (formerly MC2 Computer Corp.), a well-known MicroStation 3D graphics system vendor; and International Software Corp., a large, multi-platform OEM partner. The company is currently in negotiations with more than 60 additional dealers, resellers and OEMs worldwide.
