Acapel today announced its support of Siebel 7, the seventh major release of Siebel eBusiness Applications from Siebel Systems Siebel is a brand name of Oracle Corporation. Siebel Systems, Inc., founded by Thomas Siebel in 1993, was principally engaged in the design, development, marketing and support of CRM applications.  Inc., (Nasdaq:SEBL SEBL Siebel Systems, Inc. Acapel will submit the integration of its KISARA(R) for Siebel Systems Voice-over-IP care solution for validation with Siebel 7 within 90 days of general availability.
