Drill hole BD2005-10 ended in mineralization with the last metre grading 89.4 g/t gold. Details of assay results for the 4 new holes, BD2005-07 to BD2005-10, as well as the first 6 previously released holes are provided below.

The diamond drilling program at Beaver Dam was designed to increase the resource density (tonnes of resources per metre of depth) in the first 50 metres of depth within the boundary of a possible open pit as well as test the strike extension of the presently defined gold mineralized min·er·al·ize v. min·er·al·ized, min·er·al·iz·ing, min·er·al·iz·es v.tr. 1. To convert to a mineral substance; petrify. 2. To transform a metal into a mineral by oxidation. 3. zone. The drill holes were located to fill in information gaps due to incomplete sampling and wide spacing between certain drill holes in the historical drill programs. Historical drilling at Beaver Dam was focused on defining gold mineralized zones amenable AMENABLE. Responsible; subject to answer in a court of justice liable to punishment. to underground mining versus Acadian Gold's current strategy of outlining gold resources amenable to open pit mining. However, not withstanding the focus on drilling for near surface gold resources, the deeper historical drill results on Section 1100-E are noteworthy in two respects. Firstly, an increase in grade with depth is evident, and secondly, it points to potential for a bulk mineable underground deposit below the zone being evaluated for possible open pit development. Management's Opinion Management is pleased that the results of the 4 newly released drill holes continue to support the potential for gold deposits amenable to open pit mining at Beaver Dam. Will Felderhof, President and C.E.O., stated: "These results are well in line with our expectations and demonstrate the continuity and predictability of this gold mineralized structure. These results provide a solid level of confidence to our plan for an expanded second phase drill program scheduled to commence shortly after receipt of results from the remaining six drill holes." Beaver Dam - General Description Five target zones hosting gold mineralization have been identified on the property: the Main, Mex Pit, East, Mill Shaft and North Zones. The gold zone presently showing potential for an open pit is the Main Zone which covers a strike length of 500 metres between section lines Section lines in the United States are one mile apart. When surveyors originally map an area, for instance a township, it was their custom to divide the new township into 36 - 1 square mile sections. Property ownership often followed this layout. A section is a 1 by 1 mile area. 650E and 1150E, and is open in both directions as well as at depth.
