Acadia Realty Trust to Announce Third Quarter Results on October 26, 2005.

) announced today that it will release its third quarter 2005 earnings on Wednesday, October 26, 2005 after market close. The Company will conduct a conference call the following day, Thursday, October 27, at 11:00 AM ET to discuss the quarterly results.

The live conference call can be accessed by dialing 888-482-0024 (internationally 617-801-9702). No pass-code is required.

The call will also be webcast and can be accessed in a listen-only mode at Acadia's web site at www.acadiarealty.com.
