 Group, a leader in technology licensing, will present at the AeA Classic Financial Conference on Tuesday, November 8th and Wednesday, November 9th, 2005 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Diego, CA.

Acacia will make nine presentations over two days.

Presentation Dates and Times:

--Tuesday, November 8th, 2005 - Hourly from 2:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. PT

--Wednesday, November 9th, 2005 - Hourly from 8:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. PT

Over 800 investors are expected to participate in the AeA Classic Conference hosted by AeA, the nation's largest high-tech trade association.
